The chances of becoming hospitalized are far less for the vaccinated versus the unvaccinated and much less if the vaccinated individual has received the first booster (the third shot).
The bottom line:
If you have been vaccinated and boosted your chances of becoming hospitalized with COVID-19 are less than that of being hospitalized for heart disease, cancer or accidents.
