And so, the Wildfire has begun.
Here is a short list of the executive actions in the first hours after inauguration:
Freeing criminals convicted by Juries, and validated by all available appeals, who beat Police and sent them to the hospital, defecated in the Congress, carried guns and rifles into the Capital.
Withdrawing from the Paris Accords
Withdrawing from the World Health Organization (btw, how will we learn about emerging pandemics, emerging new Flu strains, etc.)
Unilaterally renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America (a renaming which will not happen anywhere else in the world)
Renaming Denali as Mt. McKinley, dissing the Alaskan natives.
Trying to remove “birthright citizenship” from the US Constitution.
Eliminating resources allowing any immigrant from filing for asylum.
Designating a “state of emergency” and providing a rationale for using the American Army and Air Force to attack areas inside the sovereign state of Mexico.
Giving TikTok another 75 days to find a suitor even though a huge majority of both Dems and Reps in Congress passed a LAW, unanimously approved by SCOTUS forcing TikTok to be sold by last Sunday.
Authorizing the use of US military forces to be sent to the Southern border of this country.
Pause the delivery of any funds, authorized for by Congress to be sent to companies involved in alternative energy projects.
Eliminate “Humanitarian Parole” that has allowed immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela, who have requested entry, legally, and have a US-based designated sponsor, and have passed appropriate vetting.
Expand the Death Penalty for “every Federal capital crime…committed by an alien illegally present in this country.”
Requiring all Federal public buildings to be in the “classical” style.
Assert that career Senior Executive Service officials are subordinate and accountable to the President and should be replaced to “optimally” implement the Trump agenda.
Declared a “National Energy Emergency” in order to lower energy costs by boosting oil and natural gas production. This would allow for the administration to ignore any “obstacles to domestic energy infrastructure” based on environmental protection or the Endangered Species Act, regardless of passed Congressional laws.
Suspend the leasing and permitting of any wind energy projects.
Pause all US Foreign Aid.
Withdraws from the 2021 Global Tax Deal that 140 countries signed to create a universal minimum corporate tax rate, ending competitive reductions in those taxes.
Restrict visa-seekers from certain countries with “identified security risks”.
Renames the US Digital Service (a unit, created by Congress in 2014 and housed within the Executive office tasked specifically with providing consultation to Federal Agencies on digital services), as the DOGE, with Elon Musk as head.
Created Federal definitions of “women”, “girls”, “men”, and “boys” as binary and immutable. Calls for transgender men in prisons to be housed in Women’s prisons and transgender women to be housed in Men’s prisons. It requires agencies to restrict “intimate spaces” by sex and not identity.
Blocks Federal Hiring based on race, sex or religion, describing diversity hiring practices as “illegal racial discrimination.”
Declares migrants crossing the US-Mexico border as an “invasion” and subject to being “repelled” or “removed”.
