By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:
Section 1. Purpose.
A bedrock principle of the United States is that all citizens are treated equally under the law. This principle guarantees equality of opportunity and the practice of religion.
But a pernicious movement endangers this foundational principle, seeking a divisive attempt to control the Catholic Church. A key tool of this movement is the secret selection of the key leader in this church by an elitist group of left-wing globalists without accountability or scrutiny.
Under my Administration, all people will be treated equally, not consigned to a certain fate based on external forces making choices for them.
Sec. 2. Policy.
It is the policy of the United States to eliminate these external restrictions of citizen’s rights, laws, and basic American ideals.
Sec. 3. Enforcement Discretion to Ensure Lawful Governance.
The United States will implement measures to protect its citizens against such unauthorized global decisions.
It is ordered that within 30 days of the date of this order, the Attorney General, in coordination with the heads of all other agencies, shall report to the President, through the Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy guidance on eliminating all tax-exempt statuses for Roman Catholic Churches which have been built anywhere within the territories or states governed or administered by the United States government, or governmental agencies.
Sec. 4. Remedy.
The actions required in this order shall be cancelled upon the Catholic Church accepting the following changes to their secret and unconstitutional Conclave:
- Provide to the President of the United States audited and verified profiles of each of the delegates admitted to the aforesaid Conclave including any political associations, background publications and records of support for DEI initiatives or woke sentiments.
- Remove any of those so-called “Cardinals” if they do not recant any previous statements supporting DEI or Woke agendas.
- Provide written transcripts of all proceedings so that it can be confirmed that the decisions arrived at are not influenced by DEI or Woke beliefs.
- Include within the members of the Conclave 3 (three) additional representatives to be chosen by the President of the United States who will be the most respected and honored American individuals who would have ever been included in such a Conclave.
